DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

Delivery and handling time

We know you want your new Sacked storeproducts asap, therefore all orders are sent the next business day after order. All Sacked storeproducts are shipped using Australia post regular post for a flat rate of $6.00 and shipped from Maroochydore BC, QLD 4558.

 

Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship out to you; customers who's orders cannot be shipped out as per our handling specifications will be notified via email.

 

If you have not received your items within 10 business days of receiving your tracking details please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into it immediately.

 

It is often worthwhile checking your local post office to ensure it isn't there waiting for you.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and has left our dispatch office, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel through Australia post.

 

If you are not home at the time of delivery generally Australia post leaves a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia post office. If you do not have a card or you think your parcel may be missing, please contact Australia post direct, and have your parcel tracking details handy.

 

Large orders

Identification may be required for larger orders or orders that PayPal/banks have requested identification prior to shipment. We will send you an email directly after order should you need to verify your identification with us.

 

Delivery damage

We use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies to limit delivery damage as much as possible. Although transit damage is rare, it can sometime occur. If you have received a package that you deem damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photos and details of the damage.

 

Please note Sacked storetakes no responsibility for damage to products once it has left our warehouse.

 

Acceptance of delivery

It is the responsibility of all customers to organise their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they chose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer and arranged directly with the carrier service.

 

Incorrect address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, you need to contact us before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not issue a refund or pay for re-delivery of your purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sacked store are currently not sending to any international countries, but sit tight as we will be adding this soon.

REFUNDS

Please note Sacked storedoes not accept returns. Of course we will replace or refund faulty items. If you believe there is something wrong with one of our products please contact us.
